Food Pantry

One of the main ways we reach out in service to our local community is through our Food Pantry. This pantry is supported by the whole congregation through gifts of food and money throughout the year. Volunteers are always needed to “staff” the pantry on Wednesday mornings, to “bag” on Tuesdays, as well as to “shop” or to help with deliveries for the pantry at other times during the week.

Service and Outreach

In addition to the opportunities for service provided through the Women’s Circles, Men’s Group, and the Food Pantry, our Mission and Service Committee invites people to participate in ongoing and special projects throughout the year.

The church provides opportunities to share in the ongoing work of local community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army, and the Jackson County Christmas Fund. The church also offers the use of our buildings for meetings of groups such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Autism Support, Alzheimer Caregivers Support, and NA Support.

For more information about our service and outreach, please contact the church office at (850) 526-2430 or fpcmarianna@gmail.com.
